Dremel Medical offers these tubing to large and small female luer lock adapters.  These reusable stainless steel adapters are carefully made to ensure reinjection of tissue is possible.  The Female luer-lock allows for seamless connection and disconnection of cannulas or syringes.   Each adapter is autoclavable and made in the USA.
