Customers must receive written authorization from Dremel Medical before returning any Dremel Medical Product.
Dremel Medical has the exclusive right to authorize returns for Products that are not returnable under the terms of this agreement.
1. Goods will be accepted for return for the following reasons: In the event of shipment without the Customer's authorization, incorrect items sent, defective items shipped, goods covered by the standard warranty, or goods sent on evaluation basis
2. To return items, contact a Customer Service Representative by phone to acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA # should also be clearly shown on the outside of the returned package. Please have the following information:
- The justification for returning the goods; The amount, description, and product code; The date of the order's acquisition; The customer's order form and the Dremel Medical invoice number; All instruments that have been employed must be disinfected and sterile before being shipped.
The Customer will bear the responsibility of returning any orders and freight collect shipments will not be accepted. In the event that the Customer would like to return equipment ordered mistakenly, the following restocking charges and terms will be applicable:
20% restocking within 30 days from date of shipment
25% restocking within 31-59 days from date of shipment
No returns will be accepted after 60 days
No returns/refunds on opened sterile, single-use disposable products
No returns/refunds will be made on customized instruments including cannulas
Goods must be returned unused, in the original carton, and in marketable condition
Refurbishing and replacement charges will be added to the restocking charges for damaged or missing items
