Return Policy

Returns Authorization:
Customers must obtain written authorization from Dremel Medical before returning any Dremel Medical Product. Dremel Medical has the exclusive right to authorize returns for Products not eligible under this agreement.
Eligibility for Returns:
Goods eligible for return include shipments without Customer's authorization, incorrect items sent, defective items shipped, goods covered by the standard warranty, and goods sent on an evaluation basis.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact a Customer Service Representative by phone to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once obtained, please clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the returned package. When contacting the Customer Service Representative, please provide justification for returning the goods, along with the amount, description, and product code of the goods. Additionally, include the date of the order's acquisition, customer's order form, and Dremel Medical invoice number. Before shipping the goods, ensure that all employed instruments are disinfected and sterile. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning orders, and freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
Restocking Charges and Terms:
Mistakenly returned equipment will incur a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 20% within 30 days from the date of shipment and 25% within 31-59 days from the date of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Please note that there are no returns or refunds for opened sterile, single-use disposable products, as well as customized instruments, including cannulas. Goods must be returned unused, in the original carton, and in marketable condition. Refurbishing and replacement charges will be added to restocking charges for damaged or missing items.
